Welcome to Flow Kids! We provide premium kids-size yoga mats for all the little people in your life.

Flow Kids mats are small and compact (ideal for children 3-8 years), eco-friendly and machine washable! Our mats are made from 100% natural rubber with a super soft, microfiber suede top, which feels so lovely under little hands and feet. Bio degradable with no nasties (silicone and PVC free with no Phthalates).

They come in a range of beautiful hand drawn designs by local artists including Brigitte May and Bonnie Gray, Jessika Walker.

Our mats provide a small space for kids to enjoy yoga, mindfulness or meditation. We would love to encourage children from early on with their yoga practice and to teach them awareness of their body and breath.

Airlie, is a mum of a 9-year-old little girl and a passionate yogi. She has been a kindergarten and primary school educator for many years and completed her children's yoga teacher qualification. She noticed that children often struggled carrying their big, bulky mats, especially at school along with their school bags. She decided to create a smaller sized mat, just for them, to help them fall in love with wanting to use it, encouraging more activities like yoga, mindfulness and meditation.
